Construction Cleaning / Limpieza de Construcción
Post-construction and remodel cleanup that makes a new space move-in ready
A premium take on construction cleaning / limpieza de construcción
When the contractors leave, the space is built, but it isn't clean. Drywall dust sits on every ledge, inside cabinets, and in the window tracks; there's paint overspray on glass and stickers on every fixture. Valesa Cleaning does post-construction cleaning for new builds, remodels, and tenant improvements, working from the top down so fine dust is removed rather than moved around. We coordinate with builders and homeowners on timing so the clean happens after the last trade, not before.
This service is a good fit for homeowners and property managers who want a clean, professional result without juggling the details themselves. We handle the prep, the finish work, and the cleanup so the space is ready to enjoy when we're done.
